You are confusing the amount that Canada and GB governments for example pay out with the total spent. Canada for example pays out about 10% GDP for health care, but they pay only 71% that is the total of all costs is 14%. Because there are more people, as a percentage, living in the wilderness in Canada, it is expected that their total percentage is less.

Sure, if we wanted our health care quality to drop to that of other countries and wanted health care rationing the way they do.

But my view is that we should continue to be the world's leader in the field of health care.

You just don't understand enough about this subject to be discussing it. I suggest you move on to other subjects.
