Good news for the state but Tampa is still in the dumps. Only recently did I come to realize Tampa was as bad as it is with little improvement seen in the near term. FAR: Florida home sales up again Sales of existing homes and condos in Florida were up again in May for the ninth consecutive month. Even better news: The statewide median sales price in May for existing homes and condos rose over the previous month, according to the Florida Association of Realtors. read more........ bizjournals.com
