Peter,

This is excellent news. Debt reduction is a winner. I understand S&P will be meeting with board very soon, if they haven't already. As you may already know, I believe S&P or Moody's (I'm not sure) has Repap under "developing status"......this was before the sale to Consolidated, and before today's announcement.

Bottom line, ...I expect up grades on Repap within next two weeks. Today's announcements just keeps the direction moving in the right way. Even though market was wild today, I believe repap actually touch 1/8 at one point, it bounced back to narrow range its been at for some three months.

Hang on people, I believe this stock will evidence some up ward movement very soon.....either via investment house up grades or after 4th Q profits which I expect. I believe this deal must close prior to completion of 4th Q....just icing in the cake for a good year end finish.
