William, you may be right and it is all a conspiracy. However, the book value and the earning, whatever they are are going to be divided over many more shares than the 42 Millions assummed to be issued right now. That is a fact, not a fabrication nor a conspiracy. CTYS must have had irs back against the wall to accept such draconic conversion rate of the preferred.
