Zeev,

I was not sure about conspiracy. But, you can judge the following facts:

* The repeat of the class action suit seeking a lead plaintiff emerges.

* Small investors panic and sell until the price drops to 1.5 around 3.15 p.m.

* My Datek account sill shows a price of 2 9/16 while the price on Quote.com has dropped to 1.5.

* The volume on Datek remains much smaller than that on Quote.com.

* The bid-ask on Datek remain much higher than elsewhere.

* This seems obvious that some market makers participated in the bottom-fishing while the others were precluded from placing buy orders at the lower prices.

The dilution will be a moot point if CTYS is buying enough shares at these prices. They can get rid of $75 mil with a fraction of the cost. Again, I cannot be too optimistic about the stock, but I cannot believe what is happening in the market place -- the price bouncing off the 1.5 level to 2.75 in after-hour trading!!
