I remember reading that on my first flight to Singapore and thinking I hope no one put any dope in my luggage, scary, safe City to be in and one of the cleanest in the world.

No it won't. But the death penalty is proven Is it not the 'liberal' argument that the DP is not a deterrent ?
BTW I'm all for he DP... weighed against the recidivism and victims.. I thik it is a no brainer, especially with DNA testing etc..

EDIT: YES I KNOW IT's NOT PERFECT EITHER... but I think it is the lesser of evils..

BS-- The death penalty just raises the price.
The US who is by far the biggest consumer of drugs ,legal and illegal, keeps on blaming the "illegal" producers, and buying the "legal" producer's stocks. Unreal, and very convenient.

Didn't Michael Jackson just die from legal drugs?
