one more thing..... business climate here has become impossible... businessmen/owners have become not only public enemy # 1; it is the only source that government has to loot and mooch to get some sort of funding.... the best example is/was property taxes on commercial properties during the booming years.... the investor(s) at least risk their capital... (whether the increase of value was justified or not, -given the nearly free money that was floating around and the low interest rates is a different subject), the point is... there was risk at all times.... what did the municipalities do? just taxed the hell out of such businesses... why? because they could... and assessors, at the stroke of a pen, would increase takes at 100% or even 300% clips... now.... what freaking business can take this? and more importantly... WHY, OH WHY..... the FUCKERS could not rein in their expenses???? then.... compare this against.... other countries in the world where they welcome entrepreneurs with open arms.... sovereignman.com
