I posed the question but I don't think this is the situation. To the best of my knowledge this isn't nor has it ever been the case. I could possibly see it happening if a cross of shares were to happen as part of a deal with a producer at say .50 and if you released results that drove the price to 1.50 it could screw up the deal. What do you do in case like that?

Good points. By the way, it's more or less an academic thought on my behalf, as I, like many am taking a "kicking" on GHE right now and would be very glad to see any good news right now, delayed or otherwise.
