OK. What companies OS was "stolen" by Steve Jobs to inspire the Apple OS?

What computer was known as the trash 80?

I assume these aren't serious questions. But I did own a bunch of Trash 80s. Their Xenix systems weren't half bad. I made a good living writing software in C for those systems for a few years.

I had a project to do a system for the marketing department of a large American brand (one whose soft drinks you drink). They LOVED the trash80 because it was dirt cheap. I called and talked to Rad Shck management at the time and told them I really, really needed 100MB of disk, and all they had 8MB (which could be rigged up to 4 drives for a total of 32, I think). I was told by the big shot over their computer systems, "We don't envision ever having a need for 100MB on these computers". I knew right then they were history; they totally didn't get it.

Xerox wasn't it?

I had a Radio Shack model II I think it was. Used the cassette recorder, never installed the 8"? floppy drive...
