Israel is our ALLY and they attacked our ship. They receive billions of $$$$$$ every year and they ATTACKED and KILLED Americans. I don't care if the ship beached right up on their friggin coastline......you do not attack and kill your ONLY ally. The fact that you are justifying their actions IN ANY WAY puts your allegiance firmly in their camp. GET IT!!! Edit......would you try and justify an Iranian attack on a US ship in their waters after several warnings from them of retaliation???
