I disagree.

With your view, every player in on or before April 1, had 20 picks in April.

A trade is something that is commissionable, except to keep it simple (less work for Elroy, and to emphasize the picks), we only charge in one direction upon sale or closing.

If we realized the high value of the game is learning about stocks we didn't know about, like DNDN, we would make trading free. The 1% discourages trading, but learning about more stocks and players' hunches (timing) can be valuable.

Gentlemen, keep in mind some of us (such as myself) like to play but don't always have time to make picks before or on the starting date due to tight schedules.

I made my pick(s) as soon as I had time.
