Of course, its still true.

Every nation but ours recognizes this. No other nation embargoes much of its own energy resources. Example: Norway - has lots of offshore oil and gas developments despite the No Sea being a pretty rough piece of water, despite their fishing industry, despite their tourist industry, .... etc.

Nah.. Oil can't pollute. I just want to cry because of the damage I know is about to happen.

This is going to be much, much worse than the Exxon Valdez because of where it is happening. This area is the most critical habitat area for wildlife in the United States. Not to mention fishing.
