Damn, pompano en papillote is no longer on Antoine's menu, at least not on this online version of it. It cannot be. I suspect the menu used at the restaurant indeed does have it. Inconceivable that it doesn't. If it has been eliminated, I am sure it is not due to the spill but because the dish is not easy to prepare and a bit stodgy. I love it. antoines.com en.wikipedia.org

They need containing and put in a safe place where they can do less harm. ASAP.
