I'll take on a few shares of your EGAS.

Hi Steve -

Re: Gas Natural Inc. Common Stock ((AMEX: EGAS)

Started a tracking position in EGAS based on your post. I like that the company owns a 48% working interest in 160 natural gas producing wells and has interest in the gas gathering business too. If they can grow their gas gathering business, especially in the Ohio area where they have re-incorporated, this should be a good long term hold.

I will be watching to see where they price their secondary, it's possible for them to place the whole amount through a private placement sale. There are so few shares that a large NG integrator could easily afford all the shares in a secondary before they decide to acquire the rest of the company.

Gas Natural Inc. (EGAS) @ $10.16/share

EGAS was off more than 16% in last 10 days. It looks like there were just a few sellers taking recent profits.

Were you going to nibble at a few more shares at current levels? I am tempted to add to my very small position below $10.00/share These types of correction are pretty normal looking at the daily/weekly price charts.

I believe you posted that the BV is around %9.00/share, so I would think that any sell off on 30K shares or less at $10.00/share or below might be an excellent "safe" entry point for investors that want to accumulate shares LT.

Any opinion?
