Lawsuits are not the answer.

Its a zero sum game for the shareholder.

All you do is take money from one pocket and put it in
the other... with the lawyers taking 30 % for themselves
along the way..

We should not pursue these dumb suits !!!!!

Leo,

Wrong!

It is in your best interest. You sold, took your loss and are now on
the sidelines. A suit can only but help you. A recovery at S3 would not
affect you either way, but it would affect the current shareholders.

Always enjoyed your often informative posts. This one though is self-
serving only.

JMHO

Good Trading! Jan

Leo: Sueing the company only means the company's current owners: us, will pay. Those who are at fault, the Gary Johnsons and the like, should take the blame. Go ahead and sue those bastards. I think they should bring criminal charges as well. However, I am still holding S3. Even if the shareholders get 70% of the proceeds from the lawsuits, we lose 30% because the net asset value of our holdings have gone down by the amount of the payout.
These guys may have insurance, but if we can prove deliberate wrongdoing, in other words, criminal activities, I doubt the insurance companies will roll over and pay the fines so easily.
