Hi cluka,

Part of the problem in many cases is a local unions failure to read the writing on the wall and stop continuous demands of more pay for the same service.

The non government unions have been busted if they did not realize this.

The governmental unions will have their recognition in the near future.

I agree that manufacturing should not leave our country - but labor all too often forces the issue into reality.

Why is this not simply a replay of our interaction with Japan many years ago? Their mistake was they bought a lot of US real estate and when the bubble burst it burst for them as well. China buying non-US real estate is an interesting change.
