Michael...be careful. These tech stocks are like running backs. They have limited shelf life. It already looks like S3 has lost its edge. Additionally this lawsuit and its bad performance will keep it off radar screens for many quarters. Use your money elsewhere in thetime being and when upside volume comes back and AFTER they clear the decks with this restatement and AFTER they have a quarter of good earnings, consider getting back in.

Good luck,

Regards,

Michael,

Be careful with buying on the way down. I watched S3 on level II today. The biggest block trade today, 53,000+ went off at the bid at 3:50. Although I lost my shirt on S3 I'm sleeping better now. And I didn't think it would fall another 15% from where I sold.

I think we'll now see it fall to 5 5/8 even before the
exec firings and writedown annoucement.

When this "bad" news is announced, SIII may actully turn higher..
from 5 1/2 level. So the buy level is now reduced to
5 1/4 -5 1/2 range. 6 is no longer a good entry price.

It's nuts, but so is this whole situation.

Another problem: with all the quality high tech companies
down as part of the recent severe sell-off, there are far better
bargains available than this fradulent dog out there.

Michael:

Suggest patience on buying back in. The audit must be completed before you will know if S3 is worth anything at all. Questions on write downs, the true sales backlog, actual revenue for the last quarter (and this quarter) and evidence of criminal activity have to be answered.

What if the SEC announces an investigation after the audit is released? What happens then?

Patience.
