Maybe they need to paste a picture of their favorite Ebenezer Scrooge onto a flag and fly it above the White House grounds, underneath the US flag. It would certainly get their message across quickly. "Who knew" what they've been wanting to do all these decades is recreate Dickens' England?

On it's face it sounds horrible. Maybe the press asking his motives will explain what seems indefensible. Could he be that cruel? Really?

There is something we don't know about that. Some logic yet to be explained. Obama cannot be that cruel (I tell myself). Yes he is drifting toward the middle, but not right of center for gosh sakes. I expect some clarification next week. I'm going covert for answers to a couple folks for an explanation. Now let me explain my request yesterday to Scott for some of his personal words about, well anything. If I list the posters here who give their own opinions about stuff that list would be long. Very long. This thread is not a product of mediocrity. It includes so many passionate words from an eclectic group of rather diverse experiences. I love it. For me this little thread is different than any of it's peers. Never desired volume over content. Being average is not my lifestyle.
