I do not know the story!!>> how do you know that they are not buying at these prices? Someone purchased 674,900 shares today! For all we know FIBR may not have repurchased a single share today. The price did seem fixed at 2 1/2 today. IMHO that was due to either FIBR purchasing at that price, OR PAR SELLING AT THAT PRICE!
