When I mentioned the OEM possibilities before, I was talking about *hard drive* manufacturers, not computer manufacturers. Like you, I see no reason for the computer manufacturers to bundle BD, unless it's going to be a utility for use down the road when/if the user adds a hard drive.

Jimily, as I understand it ... Windows 95 can not partition a disk larger than 2 gigs .... so if I have 1 drive that is larger than 2 gigs, then it would have to be partitioned into multiple drives. a 4 plus gig would be partitioned into minimum 3 drives and a 6 plus would be ...... Multiple drives can be a pain in the ass in my opinion. BigDisk takes care the problem.

Jimily,

The OEMs for BD might be Western Digital, Maxtor, Seagate, etc. or anyone who distributes or sells harddrives. If they can make it easier for people to add drives, they will sell more drives. Hope that answers your question.
