Bilberry, I dont know what I said that makes you think I am impatient. I dont own any warrants and dont think anybody should, I think you should own the stock, NOT the warrants. I own a boatload.

On another note, regarding the dilution , keep this in mind. For earnings reporting purposes ALL stock and warrants are figured in. BUT the dilution is not as bad at it seems at first. REMEMBER that the upcoming warrants will most likely expire worthless and NOT BE EXCERSISED. There are 2 million of them out there and when they are gone , the number of shares outstanding for fully diluted earnings reporting purposes will be REDUCED by those 2 million.....the new private placement is a MAXIMUM (not necessarily all will be sold) of 3.088 million shares and 772,000 warrants = 3.86 million new - 2 million old warrants = NET DILUTION of 1.86 million shares for a gain of 10.5 million dollars.......I think this is pretty damn GOOD and will have only a very SHORT TERM negative impact until people realize this........best of luck as always, patiently.......;^)

Thanks for the report on your conversation with Dr.M.I think it important that these shares will be restricted and held by institutions looking at the longterm future of JMAR. As shareholders, I hope everyone considers the fact that JMAR is not a one product company and will need additional capital to bring these products to the market place. As these new products come to fruition, we have a company making money currently and just think when the new products add to the bottom line you will not be able to buy JMAR stock at these prices. People playing JMAR through the warrants should always know that warrants are only glorified "options" and they just like options have limited timeframes and history is replete with expired warrants and options contracts.
I just got my current Bowser Report and he devotes a full page to JMAR and the recent coverage in IBD and Individual Investor magazine. For a news letter devoted to stocks under $3.00 a share the Bowser Report sure gives a lot of attention to JMAR.
The next move up for JMAR will probably come with the upcoming demonstrations which should come before the end of the year. Lets keep our ears to the ground about this news.

Bilberry - Thanks for clearing up matters related to the offering. I feel, too, that they have to have the money now to launch these new products. The products are in demand, and the sooner they're available, the quicker JMAR gets revenue.

I've noticed the decidedly negative tone of the board lately, which is somewhat of a departure from the norm. I feel that its due to fear and nervousness about the general market more than anything. We see other stocks get taken out and slaughtered (CYMI, for one), and we start to wonder how much JMAR will drop. Well, that's part of the game of investing in the market -- stocks go UP and stocks go DOWN. I consider JMAR a fairly conservative "risk" at this point. It isn't overblown, the price hasn't been run up to unattainable levels, new technology is just emerging, and the marketplace appears to need and want what JMAR is selling. If you're a shareholder, relax and forget the day to day "jiggles". If you're a warrant holder - good luck!

Betty

P.S. I found the following article about LCD monitors.
techweb.com

Go to post #3928 - CL Lewis mentions monitors and flat panel display manufacturers as a market for micro-machining.

Bilberry, the board owes you a round of whatever is your pleasure. Thank you for an outstanding performance. Were you ever in the Corps?
