Allen.... that's why Alex said it I suppose, who could check that out ? Right? Tonto was the one who got the non information about Asia from Alex, I agree with you, that is really grasping at straws.

This comment is from Tonto's post, he called Alex and this is on the very bottom of tonto's morning post, in case you missed it.

The sources I use to do foreign market research are, The Commerce Department, U.S. Embassys in the foreign countries, freight forwarders who handle the paperwork including delivery of containers, and shipping schedules, available via various maritime sources. One actually can get a fairly decent handle on a competitor's position utilizing this network. It takes effort initially.

Al, I told SMartin how to get the info on RMCW distribution, he ignored me. RMCW is listed, 307-366-2887, Morgan informed this morning that construction on the new facilities starts in 3 weeks. RM H2O is available in at least 10 local stores, if SMartin cared to do a little DD.
LETTERS TO NASD SHOULD INCLUDE COMMENTARY ON THE FRAUD BEING PERPETUATED AGAINST RMIL SHAREHOLDERS
Violation;TITLE 15-80A-12- if not an underwriter, you may NOT ENTER A SHORT POSITION
Violation; 15USC Chapter 2A SUB i, 77q- one may not use interstate commerce to COMMIT FRAUD--If your broker told you that your order went to the TA, and you called the TA, and the TA informed you that your cert order was never recieved, YOUR BROKER BROKE THE LAW!!
Violation; 1934 15C6-1; NO BROKER CAN BE INVOLVED IN A TRANSACTION TAKING MORE THAN 3 DAYS---- if your broker is taking EXCESSIVE amount of time to fill your cert orders, DEMAND record from them that the law WASN'T VIOLATED, if that record DOES NOT EXIST, THEY DESTROYED THE EVIDENCE!!!
