If they can force you to buy a product you don't want and may not need, just by merely existing, there are no limitations whatsoever.

Did you read Sutton's ruling? They are not forcing you to buy anything...they are merely forcing you to pay for what you already get for free...let's put it this way, if the SC repeals the individual mandate then we should not require ERs to abide by COBRA/EMTALA...is that ok with you?

While the Court isn't always convinced by slippery slope arguments, this one is so glaring and in your face that it is difficult to imagine a pro-Obama decision.

Don't bet on it. At best, the decision will be 5 to 4 against Obama. Of course Kagan should recuse .....but she won't. This country is but one unfortunate illness away from
from a nightmare supreme court. Three liberal, women from NYC. Now there's judicial diversity for you.

There is no quagmire here. This is a relatively simple matter:

LOL...the court cases so far have been split...3 for two against I believe...the opinions have been far reaching, diverse and interesting...but to you it's a simple case...of course it is...you are a partisan extremist and do not display a gram of objectivity.
