You need to ask about circa 1993 Oregon cyanide laws. I think a cyanide heap leach mine is out of the question there. Even a cyanide mill is probably a no go. These days high grade vein ore could probably be trucked to Nevada and milled there. This may be the reason CKB is so 'undervalued'. I think Newmont acquired Grassy Mtn in 1992. They dropped it after the laws were changed.
