Sales update.***********

Since RACE will not comment on actual sales yet, I would like to bring everyone up to date on what I was able to find out at one of the resellers, DGN.
DGN has sold a several 24 ports systems and are installing trial systems daily.
Trial systems are usually 4 or 8 ports. What was revealing about this is the fact that DGN buys the trial systems from RACE. They BUY them with no return policy. Also DGN has started the expansion of their own
internal use. They just increased from an 8 port system to 24 and intend to expand more. My source told me that he has been selling BTs
for 3 weeks and he has already sold 2 24 port systems and has installed trials systems to large clients.
He has 3 trial agreements that he thinks will turn into P.O. in the next few days.
I also spoke with the technical dept. at DGN handling BT and they
told me BT is selling. They actually said: " the thing practically sells itself"
I asked DGN if the sales were to large clients and was told: " we don't deal with small companies"
I asked Ben if RACE sells the trial systems to the resellers such as DGN or Inacom, he would not comment on that detail.

Since DGN was the first large integrator handling BT and results are beginning to surface, I believe Inacom will be next, selling to a much larger scale than even DGN.
I know that the stock action has been a stress for all of us longs, but I do see a great improvement in the near future.
IMO, we'll see a dramatic turnaround in the first quarter of 98.
