This thread is blessed with advice from a CPA and you dismiss it. If you are not interested, maybe another reader is. I don't really care. I have worked with my CFO/CPA for 16 years. I trust his expertise implicitly. If you have advice that is equally trained and certified, then we'd all be glad to hear it. I am simply trying to point out that the numbers you have posted are incomplete and would be unacceptable to the SEC. You may say the company disagrees with me, but the company was the one that filed the 8-K, not I or my CPA.

Seeing I spoke to the company today and no one has called them with any of these so called concerns, I view this as an attempt to try to just stir up the water. There's even discussion about the class B stock that is a non-issue till the earliest----Oct,1998.Yes,1998. There's a years wait.Yes,I bought MIDL,hold it strong, and will forget about it until the appropriate time. Post what you want NAYS. I will read it, but not respond. The exercise it futile.
