Re: Financing A few points: 1. Offshore deals are not a positive. This is another area where RACE management screwed up, preferring to "go it alone" rather than cultivate normal investment banking relationships from the outset. 2. The damage has already been done. The stock has been cut in half in the last six weeks. 3. The market looks forward, not backward. One other factor to consider is that RACE management knows it has a lot of explaining to do at the December shareholder meeting. I will be very surprised if we don't see at least one or two of these long-awaited "significant" announcements before then.
