What word would you have them use to describe a future event? At the time that statement was made the processors was not in full time production.

As has been pointed out repeatedly here and elsewhere, the company still isn't in full time production on a machine.

The last 10Q said that the margins was 83% on part time production.

Yep... That explains why the EPA says that 93% of plastic winds up in land fills. All the high value hydrocarbon only plastic that is worth lots of money is being recovered.

You fail to notice that the air permit requires JBI to obtain plastic from sources that can assure JBI of the type of plastic that it is giving JBI.
