Bring back the CCC. The return of jobs was so slow during the Depression that Roosevelt created the CCC - many of those projects are still used today

Would these CCC jobs have to pay the new public sector Union wage rates of $50 and up per hour with half the jobs in supervisory roles?

If so, I say no. We need to start get more bang for the tax payers buck.
Maybe start paying for these labor projects at your "dirt cheap" rates.

Better yet - just tell the EPA to approve all energy related permits for solar, wind, nuclear, coal, pipelines and refineries. Lowering energy costs are at the core of America's manufacturing and economic vitality.
