"EVERY state in America has decided that mandatory auto insurance is necessary" only if you own (? and/or drive) a car. You can opt out of that by riding a horse or taking the subways.

It seems like a good argument to me. The RW replies to it that driving "isn't a necessity." As if this country is set up for mass transportation outside of a few large cities, lol.

They are just nuts, IMHO. Look at the "Death panels" thing. I won't call it an argument. They create a straw man, then they feign shock at it. Or inspire shock in idiot parrots who basically just repeat what they've heard from people who they've mostly unconsciously decided to trust and follow.

The fact that SC justices repeat some of these arguments shows exactly what kinds of thinkers they are. Not. They are either idiots or assholes.
