Don't disagree with the need for Public Health but the guy changed the bird bath water every other day. Seemed like another government over reach (especially the $$). Cities are looking for more revenue and it manifests itself in strange ways.

I can't see how a libertarian like you could support the nanny state issuing $300 fines just for having a birdbath with fresh water in it.

Do you support alcohol prohibition these days as well?
