Wall Street Journal, page C-19 has the TI tender offer in black and white (1/2 page as Pat predicted.) I don't subscribe to the online version, so am not sure if it's available over the internet. Perhaps it's on the TI or Amati homepage. Just saw it and am posting before having read it through.

It will get starnger. It costs me less to call my sister in london (10 cents / min) than it costs me to place a call across the border in Nevada.
