Our Technical Post Grad system is the best in the world. Liberal Arts Post Grad is good if you can get into the Government Intern System, where you don't have to know anything, just have connections.

Yes, no doubt.

But check out how many of those people getting advanced degrees are foreign-born. There's a reason for that.
