Did you see the article on ericson in the Journal page b8.
Simultaneous tele and internet service over the same phone line.
Commercial roll out 1q 98.
Modem will costs 100- 200 bucks.
Rather than dial up connection users would use a switch to turn on and off access. This supposedly eliminates a need for a provider.

What do you think of that?
