Kim,

If you don't mind, a suggestion on the next news release. If it does contain results of testing of the BD COC material (which is what we're all assuming it will), I think it's important to explain the COC process. I know a previous release (or at least a post from you) described in some detail how BD extracted the material from the property. To maintain market confidence, I think it would be very helpful to give another brief summary of the process and how the material that was tested remained under strict chain of custody through the testing process. Basically, the company is trying to reassure that no one but BD and Ledoux had access to the material tested and a summary of the process (IMHO) in the release would be very helpful towards that end.

Best regards,

sh

If anyone has a copy of Jay Taylor's December newsletter recomending a sell on Naxos, it would be greatly appreciated if you could print the whole or salient points on why he is so bearish on the company. Many thanks.

Dear Kim:

Given that the atmosphere on this thread as of late has
been one of expected good results on the next press release,
I find it necessary to ask you a question which I find very
pertinent and extremely important at this time.

To emphasize how critical I feel it is, I ask it in an
unorthodox manner. "Please explain why it is not important
to inform the public how the COC process is carried out in
fine detail on the next release. From the drilling hundreds
feet down to Ledoux Labs in New Jersey. Who, how and when the
sample is handled by at all points along the way."

Yes the number very important, whatever it may be, but I believe explaining the COC process in achieving it is equal if not more crucial. Many of us may already know how COC works, but the newcomers may not and will be looking for that information. Please respond if you can, Thankyou.
