One of my good friends just checked with UST. They did not downgrade cube to sell. Last Friday, they reduced their rating (only technical in nature, not fundamental) from a 3 to 4 (on a 5 point scale, 5 the lowest).

I checked on briefing.com to find this downgrade but it was nowhere to be seen. Can someone cut and past the report here?

What do you mean when you state that the price dropped because of short covering? If they were buying to cover it would have supported the price or inother words who is selling if the shorts are covering and where would the price be if the shorts were not covering--I do not understand.

John;

Any news from China of VCD sales slow down?
What do you guess of total VCD chip sales this Qtr, and Cube's share?
It can not be that ESST is taking market share since that one is not moving either.
