Any thoughts about the drop in VLSI lately? It was allegedly due to softness in wireless orders. As you know VLSI makes CDMA chipsets. The last post on the VLSI thread suggests a possible connection to slow sales to Asian companies (only 10% of VLSI sales), but much more importantly, slower sales to US companies which make phones sold in ASIA. Any thoughts about possible slowdown for the QCOM?

Mike,

"......geopolitical absence has been reluctantly filled by Ramsey but his heart's not in it. At the end of the day, he winds up moping and I don't think he gives a fig about SEA....."

Well, that is just fine. Try to help my fellow investor but I got no respect. Wait till DOW hit 6000 and you will think about me.

Caxton, this is only Wednesday and your Off Topic stuff is out of order. You are banned from posting for a week as punishment.

Duane, just forget it and move on. This is still a country that allows free speech. I can assure you that each of us have been faced a lot more vicious attacks that makes Goldfinger sound like Mother Theresa. Just ask Caxton, who dared to venture over to the ERICY thread and qdog, who we know as someone else before he had to go underground.
