Roger,

I think within eight months we'll have a good idea of how big a winner Ancor will be long term. It appears there will be a slew of OEM deals being announced over the first half of '98.

no deals = dead company
many deals = I can eat out every night of the week

The type of new financing Ancor receives will also give us valuable insight.

Reg D with heavy dilution = dead company
Equity stake by a large company = mmmm...pass the grey poupon

A 1 Gig modem:

This is probably a bigger threat to FC than HIPPI - but it would mean that we all need high speed leased lines.

That was me speaking about the narrow window of opportunity.

Hi Roger, and everyone,

I've posted from time to time only a view of price action on ANCR.

If ANCR closes below 6$ today (ending the week), that is not a good event for a number of technical reasons. I realize that this is the day after Thanksgiving, etc.,etc. but the price action of this stock has been deteriorating.

Best wishes to everyone,

Ed
