William,

Thank you for the exhaustive research. Some of the statements on this string have shown that not enough research has been done. For example the disclosures of the UK problems were made by CTYS in their may 10Q. Anyone that didn't want to risk their investment could and should have bailed out then. Also, some of the commenters on this string have played this stock and this string like a fine violin. Take an hour or so and start reading back in the string prior to september and you will find that some of the loudest critics of CTYS have at times been LONG and later SHORT then again LONG. Sometimes when "playing the market" you just lose. Other times, you win. But using a class action suit to try to blame someone else for their own timing inaccuracies is just wrong.
I too am no big fan of CTYS management, but I do my research, make my trades, and if I'm loosing sleep over a stock, I sell it and move on. If CTYS management had been trying to steal or defraud anyone of their $$ then where are the profits? Doesen't the CEO still own over 3MM shares? Looks to me that he alone lost over $27,000,000.00 since august and over $60,000,000.00 since last year. That's a lot of personal net worth to loose trying to "cover" for "defrauding investors".
IMHO the class actions are the real downfall of CTYS. Without them, the road back from this mess would be a lot easier.

Bruce
