Oil drillers, however, say that oil prices don't really start to affect their business until they go under $17 to $18 per barrel, while investors are pretty well convinced that OPEC has less control over oil prices these days and that the higher production accord is a face-saving maneuver that follows member nation violations of production ceiling agreements. Mike, same feeling here. Folks are wondering how low these things will go and others are shorting (a bit late). CDG hit its 200 moving average at $50 and bounced right back. Some heavy buying volume since. We'll see how it closes. I figured this was a good point to nibble so I picked up a few shares at 52.

I'll join your gut on this one.
