<Call me silly for holding out for another 0.25, but a deal's a deal..
...isn't it? Will it go for less just based on supply and demand?>

When the deal closes in Dec., Kevin. OR, you can tender your shares to TXN as soon as you receive the paperwork to do so.

In the meantime, you bring up another point. IF (as someone posted here recently) TI only LENT the $14.5 to Amati to pay off WSTL, WHEN is that paid back? Presumably BEFORE the shareholders are paid off, wouldn't one think? What does that account for, about .75/share?

Steve

[tendering]

<< Where's 20? Since the we're well into the official 'offer' why haven't we seen 20? >>

as i understand it, the tendering isn't accomplished by selling your shares on the open market. you should receive information from your broker or directly from TXN indicating how to tender your shares and get the $20 per, if that's what you want to do. i just got my paperwork from Schwab today, but have yet to receive any official communication from TXN or AMTX.
