My "dimness" had to do with the notion of people cheerleading the DDs on SI but then selling for a trading profit and continuing to cheerlead thereafter. I myself go for free stock by selling enough shares to recoup my original investment capital after the stock has run up by a multiple of my entrance price. With the rest of the shares being freebies, I can relax and more patiently await news. And the recouped capital can then be deployed on new investments. Cheers, Rand
