Almost all my stocks are going to court. MCAF, ASND, COMS, SGI, ..., don't worry. The high-tech companies are used to these lawsuits. The stocks usually recover before the case goes to the judge.

Maybe this will go to trial in 2 years and be resolved in the next 9.

Like the one post said, any tech stock that gets hit has a law suit pending against it. About 8 years ago I owned LA Gear and just last year got some more legal stuff about the suit. By the time any legal proceedings get started, SGI could have hit 30 again, fallen to 10, and settled at 20.

If it's going to end like the other exchanges between SGI and Lerach, it's going to sizzle away. They might have tried to find some other strategy to exploit loopholes in one state or another this time, but I wouldn't count on it.
