I'm no legal expert, but it sounds absurd that a lawsuit has to be refiled because of a name change. If that's the way the legal system is, no wonder it is screwed up and lawyers make big bucks. A name change doesn't affect the legal merits (if any).

So, if Dempsey Mork were to change his name. Any lawsuits/counter-suits against him would have to be refiled?????

Hello Mike: bottomline, when did Baron's/Nelson's 144 shares come off restriction? Did Olympus file suit before the restrictions were lifted?
Thanks,
Kenny

So are you saying OVIS filed suit first?

Baron's/Nelson's lawyer, Ed Guerera told me he had filed a countersuit in his response to Olympus' suit. He also told me he has had to refile because of the name change.

I thank you for admitting that to us, but why only after you were directly questioned? Why did you not give us all the facts from the start and only release half truths? If you are really here to save me don't keeep me in the dark. The way you stated it eariler, I do not remember anything about you saying it was a countersuit, which does not seem as damaging, until people realized the court it was files in was an appeals court and then you fessed up with the info, why are you vague?
