It is time for CPQ to cross $67 and eventually $70. Watch for next two weeks. BOOM. BOOM. BOOM.

Tbon:sorry to hear it but this is old news and not all Presario models are affected.I think CPQ already has fixed this problem that affected certain types of Presario Models. I do own a Presario model 4814 and I did not have any problems.Hope you have managed to find a solution to the problem.

Microsoft IE 4.0 conflicts with a number of computers. I know several people who have had to go back to 3.xx. Which is why I use Netscape.

"Customer Care"! _ Compaq does not care!

You should have bought HP.

IE4.0 doesn't crash a Pavilion. But there have been some problems and HP put patches on it's web site weeks ago.
