Zeev, thanks for the response.

1. I don't have detailed data about litho system usage, so I would like to defer to the Specialist, Maxwell, and the others. I do think that 5 usages per wafer is a very low number of steps that require lithography.

2. This figure is for "300mm production of SYSTEM LSI", which will combine memory with logic in a single chip. Using 2 different device types in a single chip would probably increase the amount of lithography required.

3. The report was done by Japan's Electronic Data Corp., and should be reasonably reliable.
