Michael, thanks for passing along Dr. Harari's comments and
your "inside" perspective into his leadership. I've been
quite impressed with him in his interviews on CNBC. He
seems to exude great integrity as well as technical brilliance.

Michael -

Thanks for the post. I definitely agree w/ Dr. Harari's comments of building a company based on performance - not hype. I wouldn't have bought stock here if that was the case. I also appreciate companies that are conservative w/ earnings and forward looking statements. However, IMO the statements issued in last q's earning report were unfortunately, too conservative and cautious. We'll see if forward looking earnings are truly concerning (i doubt it).

As a matter of fact, I would say general PR is good - it's the IR portion of it that was more of the concern.

Anyway, great post. Nice to know that Dr. Harari is listening to our concerns.

-Jay

We don't need hype... We do need Eli to keep his mouth shut and beat his numbers... He had no right opening up his trap since SNDK was on track to beat the published numbers for next quarter. Did he do it to manipulate the price so the firms that handled the secondary would look good when we get back to where we were ? I still love the company and respect ELI's technical background but we should make it clear to him that we won't tolerate his picking of our pockets.

Maybe they do have an effective PR organization but that can only be as good as the direction that it takes.

1 Is there any product/name enhancing advertising al la Intel over large parts of the Enlish speaking World or for that matter Nasdaq which even advertises on British television where most of the people aren't even sure what the London Stock Exchange means to them. But they now at least recognize something about Nasdaq.

2. No-one here has said that Elli hasn't been doing a great job. He's been doing a fantastic job but he should recognize that most of us on this thread want only to help him and if our comments don't accord with his or the Company's advisors OK but know that we only want the best for all of us. IMHO he should be very proud of this thread and use it itself as a credit to the quality of the company's products.

Come on Elli if you're watching... you don't have to give us price sensitive information for us to be happy were you to send a few comments to this thread. It would be a sign of a company's top management adapting to a new media for communicating with shareholders in this highly inivative way.

And yes of course it would be a secretary or media person actually drafting but IMHO it would enhance the Company's futuristic outlook.

Michael,

I actually thought the PR machine did pretty well with the MMC rollout and some new press coverage.

Both Eli and Cindy, the CFO, have read our report¦ and thought very highly of it. I think they monitor this site at times. We should feel honored to have the respect of top management. From the other threads I have seen on SI, we should be proud.

I might suggest that we consolidate our questions to management and have one voice ask questions. That way, SNDK management will not have to deal with many interruptions. I want my management worrying about sales and technology. I nominate Michael C. Woodward.

Rex
