Yes, that's true -- but given the prosecution's entire idea was to cast Trayvon as an "innocent child" who wasn't doing anything other than "minding his own business" -- it would seem that they discounted the notion of his child-like innocence.


Don't overreach.........wingers make that mistake repeatedly.

Martin's guilt or innocence wasn't at issue, Zimmerman's was. It didn't matter whether Martin was a thug or a priest - he's dead, and beyond human reach or judgement. Only Zimmerman was being judged by that jury.

Murder trials don't depend on the guilt or innocence of the victims. Ask OJ about it.
