I strongly suggest people read the Q&As

ambingo.com

I feel encouraging.

Michael - Good to see the Q&A on the BNGO website. I noticed there was one question raised here that was not addressed. That is, is there any thought of moving BNGO to the AMEX?

Also, I would like to see some clarification of issues raised regarding: 1) the Preferred Stock; and 2) sales restrictions on shares issued for recent acquisitions. Please refer to the thread of posts ending, presently, with my post #5253.

Thanks

TKA

Michael: I am curious if the about-face on CEO also carries over to the announcement of George Harrison to the Board. This was included as part of the 1/16/98 press release. Is Mr. Harrison still on the Board or was that part of the press release in error, too?

While I am at it, let me take this opportunity to make a general comment about the present situation. In my opinion, BNGO investors are in critical need of clear, unambiguous, FACTUAL information. In my humble opinion, these last two press releases have severely strained management's credibility with many of us small investors. I believe we and the company would be much better served by complete and accurate information, even if exposes some disagreements within AB&G. To obfuscate or gloss over the situation at this point will only make matters worse.

BNGO is a VERY strong company financially. What is needed now is a strong dose of investor confidence. Thank you.
