Thanks, Jack.

Seems you keep up with this more than some of us shareholders<g>.

Now we have to wait for the "new" process being developed by Griffin et al. Seems the market doesn't expect Naxos to come up with anything soon as the stock is trading in the 6's today - down from the 8 close yesterday. CHIP is also down with 17+k shares traded so far, all (apparently) sells, although I haven't checked how the trades compared with the bid and ask at the time of the trade.

Alan

Jack, There have been comments that CHIP might like to or be trying to drift back from its 'full-reporting' status.
Will be interesting to see how the spinoffs evolve wrt 'full reporting.

From the press release: ....the Company intends to distribute shares of Griffin common stock to each LS Capital shareholder at the ratio of one Griffin share for every ten LS Capital shares.

Anyone know the date of record?
TIA
